Vendor Info
- Date: June 17th - 19th, 2027
- Location: Courtyard Park, Smithville, MO
- Booth hours: Booths must stay open 5:00–10:00 PM Friday and 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM Saturday.
- Setup and teardown: Arrive at your assigned time, navigate to the directed area for unload, and move your vehicle before setting up. No vehicles inside the barricades after 3:30 PM Friday.
- Bring your own: Tent, tables, chairs, lighting, and power cords.
- Payment: Due online by credit card within 7 days of approval. Booth spots are first come, first served based on when payment arrives.
- Electric: Electricity is not included, but can be purchased with your booth. Includes one (1) 20 amp circuit.
- Weather: Rain or shine.
- Application deadline:March 1st, 2027 OR when spots are full.

Our committee reviews every application and lets you know if you’re in.
Lock In Your Spot:
Once you’re approved, pay your booth fee online within 7 days. Spots are first come, first served based on when payment arrives.
Get Ready to Roll:
We’ll send your booth assignment and setup details before festival weekend!
