All entries will need to arrive at Smithville High School, located at 645 S. Commercial, Smithville, MO prior to the event.

I agree that the Smithville Festival Committee, or any and all agents acting on their behalf do not assume any responsibility for personal injury or property damages suffered in connection with the parade. I agree to release and hold harmless said parties from any claims for injury/damage. By registering here, I consent to having all photos/publications, etc. posted to the Lake Festival social media pages.
